We ask all participants to please not consume any alcohol prior to or during the event. This is of paramount importance to the safety of the event. St Teresa’s Hospice reserves the right to refuse any participant we feel is unfit to take part safely. If the organisers refuse a participant who is deemed unfit to take part due to being under the influence of drugs, alcohol or for any reason that might endanger other participants, we will not be liable for the loss of that participant’s sponsorship.

Neither the organisers, nor the sponsors have any liability in relation to the Event. The organisers and the sponsors of the Event, to the extent permitted by law, exclude liability for any loss, damage, injury, or consequential loss suffered by any entrant personally or to their property as result of their entry to or participation in this event.
